No, Expression Blend cannot be used to create content for mobile devices. Blend only creates WPF and Silverlight applications - both of which do not run in a mobile device :)

Sorry to know u r situation. But remember not knowing rules is not an execuse with USCICS.
1.Is it possible to do H1 transfer with one paystub if I somehow manage to get one from them(By lyin as in for bank loan)?
When you apply for trasnfer you need 2-3 recent pay stubs. Pay stubs are asked to show you are indeed working and not out of status.
2. Would I get any query on that? But one good explanation is I finished my MBs around the same time as I applied H1 and so I can explain it to USCIS but still I'm worried. Any body in smilar boat?

I am not getting paid equivalent to what is there in my LC. Is there any problem to get approval of my I-458?The I-485 has nothing to do with your salary, it is the "Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status". It makes a difference for your I-140 application, though, but you will need to re-phrase your question then.

Port of entry doesn't matter. You can leave from JFK and come back through California. It totally depends on your airlines and the route you choose. I have done it many times.
Not sure about 2months left on your visa thing. I don't have any comment on that.

you dont have to withdraw 485 for dependents as it will automatically expire. In some rare cases USCIS may allow applicants who have stayed out of US beyond AP expiry date to reinstate AOS application but that is at the discretion of the officer. it could be humanitarian grounds.
if you can get 2 yr multiple entry AP, that could probably reduce your renewal frequency.

Hi everybody
My lawyer had filed my 485 eb2 on july 2 (under july bulletin).
Now that the bulletin has been re-instated, i am getting nervous thinking if my lawyer filed the application complete or in a hurry she missed something. Obviously, i do not think it'll be right to ask her if she filed it properly.
Under what circumstances can the application be rejected right away even before they have issued the WAC#??
and my 140 is pending....what happens if my lawyer forgot to attach the 140 reciept? Can they still send it back??

Yes, You are eligible for In-state tuition. You may have to meet the domicle requirements of the state of Georgia though.

I recieved a letter from USCIS saying "we have forwarded your inquiry to Sec 245 Unit. You will be notified by mail at later date".
What exactly this means?
Do I need to worry about this Sec 245 Unit. Is it good or bad?
btw I am on EB2 priority date Aug 2005 and still waiting for GC.......:mad:

No issues, as long as the job/position is still available (waiting) for the primary applicant.

Hi Gazman - for the most part, almost everything is run. There may be some animation-related things that we suppress, but you can have a nested class that controls some UI on a grandparent class, and Blend will happily show you the results of it.

Looks like eccessive status calls have caused this.

If you have to use EB2, you have to interfile your application to EB2 after the EB2 I140 gets approved. Until then, your category is EB3. If you change the employer now, you would be using the AC21 for the EB3.
If you want to interfile with EB2, you would need to wait until the EB2 I140 gets approved.
The process with interfiling is not very clear. This means that, once you interfile for EB2, until you get a letter stating the interfiling was successful, you don't know which job position and job duties to follow while changing company.
So that means I can switch based on EB3 and AC21.

I thought that the ideal time would be before applying for I485, and thus the dependant spouse would automatically get a gc with which ever spouse got the gc first. So I would think that both applying and getting married before either I485 is submitted, and who ever gets gc first their dependant spouse gets it too.
If the I485 is already filed I don't know if it can be amended.
I'm no attorney so you need to throughly research this.

My AOS was filed June 29 th and I am waiting for the recipt notice.
Now, as the AOS is filed, will it make a difference later on - filing AOS under EB2 would have got him the Green Card ealier?

Hi,
I will be sponsoring US visitor's visa for my parents. They will be going to Kolkata consulate for visa interview. I believe my parents need to carry my Birth Certificate along with other documents for the interview. Do they need to carry my original birth certificate or copy of my birth certifcate is fine.

I did get an LUD on my approved I-140 which i am not using for Adjustment of status. I have applied I-140 and I-485 concurrently through a different employer. I am really surprised what caused to trigger LUD on that I-140. I am not asking for priority date port either. Interesting.....
