I have done this successfully twice (extended) , but you do have to fill out that column. Its a big risk to give incorrect info, since they will find out with A#.

Dear Friends,
My PD (EB3)is Dec-02. I have gone for Finger Printing twice now.
I see lot of reference to '45 Day letter' in the forum . I have no recollection of receiving the '45 Day ' letter so far.
Am I missing something here?
Can any one of you please explain what this letter is about?

Nice edit Anders. And your version seem to be more in line with the rule of thirds too?
Hmm, didn't quite think about that. Maybe that's why I wrote I'd like more yellow line at the top, it would push the "fork in the road" down more towards a third.

I filed H1 in April 2007 for my brother who is in India but no news from immigration whether it was approved or denied. As all of you know this year they did a lottery system when i ask my lawyer he says we just have to wait. Its been 5 months now no news. Can somebody suggest me what to do. Is there any website which tells us the status or any number to call.

Oh for windows development you would want to look into WPF. The basic idea is to change the border style for the window to none (don't know the exact c++ way, but a google search should show). Then you will want to draw your own windows and drag areas.
Also its usually best practice to keep the windows the same from app to app.

If you have a copy of filled-up I-131, look at question 5 in part 3 in the 2nd page. That will tell you where the AP document will be sent.

I am on F1 visa. I enrolled in one of the university. I don't attend university in person. I do attend classes online from another state. My question is that I am resident of which state ?? Will I be automatically resident of state where exactly my university is ? I know it is mandatory to attend classes in person on F1. Can you please advise ? How is residency considered ?

Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding filling the emp history on G325, I did part time jobs in my university(in the allowed 20 hours) do i need to mention this as well or its just the professional emp part ? Hi All,
Me and my wife are on EAD. We want to open LLC. Right now I am doing consulting in IT firm. My wife is not working anywhere. What are TAX and immigration consequences if we open LLC on my wife's name?
Questions we have..
1. Can I become parnter easily once my status got changed from EAD to GC?
2. Once my wife start LLC, can she work for another company e.g. Software consulting?
3. What would be tax bracket for my owner of LLC?

When I was researching for the Labor certification and there were few posts which talks about my prior experience and my prior experience would only be considered for the new job if the Job responsibilities are same and the job title is same.
I contacted one of the immigration lawyer and I was told that I can expect RFC's about my prior titles and the current job.
Please advise

If you are currently abroad, you should not run into any problems as you do not currently have status. You should be able to reenter the U.S. using the I-797 approval notice and your H-1B visa stamp (if still valid). If not, you will require a new visa stamp. Either way, you *should* not run into any problems.
If you are currently in the U.S., please note that the extension technically does not apply - i.e. your expiration date remains what it was previously. If your status has already expired, I would strongly suggest consulting someone more intimately familiar with the specifics of your case. The most likely scenario will involve you immediately departing the U.S. to reenter with the most recent approval notice and thus utilize the additional time requested.
