I had submitted I-131 document along with I-485 & 765 on 8/1 and received the receipt notices already from TSC.
I had received my EAD card on 10/10 and Biometrics is scheduled on 11/13.
I have booked my travel tickets for treveling to India on 01/04/2008.
What should I do now, to get AP (I-131) approved?

1. Did you get EAD thru your spouse...???
2. If Not then being on bench is not good since you are on H1b. Try to to get employed...ASAP.

I have an approved EB3 140 (PD Aug 2004) and have filed my 485 using it with Employer A.
With Employer B, I have an approved EB2 140, but the priority date is in 2007.
What is the process of porting the EB3 date to the EB2 140 and to change the 485 to the EB2 queue? Do I need to refile the 485 application?

EAD is not a solution - EAD just makes our life a bit easier than on h1b - the struggle continues even on EAD.
How can you expect govt to fix your problem if you lack motivation?
Lets start mobilizing the chapter
Remember, we are no VIPs, we are in a mass distribution system and no one has special previlidges here, your lives won't change uless you motivate yourselves and speak up for yourselves.
We need a very strong resprsentation from everyone in the community.
Ignoring our requests only puts all of us in a tougher situation

Your Employer is wrong. USCIS won't send I-94 in separate mail.
As per my knowledge, One should not start working unless there is I-94 attached to I-797 Approval Notice.
Your wife need to go out of the US and get it stamped before start working.
At POE, the Immigration Officer will issue the new I-94 with valid H1-B Status.
Again I am not an attorney...
Please talk to attorney for further clarifications.

I was with Company A. and had visa stamped for company A till Dec 2006. I switched from Company A to B in Nov 2004. and travelled to India in July 2005. Since I had a valid visa from company A, I didn't got it stamped with company B. Although I carried my transferred H-1 (Company B) and showed it to Immigration Officer upon arrival, which he was fine with.

I wouldn't know for sure, as I've never messed with bracketing automatically on my D1, but it seems that you could put the camera in aperture priority, set it for +/- 1 bracketing, and it should automatically take a series of exposures by varying the shutter speed and leaving the aperture constant.

I have 3 yrs + PG Diploma which is equivalent to US Degree according to my education evaluation.
Experience:
- 6 yrs of OUTSIDE USA experience
- 5 yrs of USA experience including 2 yrs of experience with current company.
- I am working as FULL time with an American Company at present
The JOB Description for PERM was:
"Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 5 years experience; 3 year Bachelor’s degree plus 2 year post-graduate diploma in Software Engineering and 5 years
You dont say your category. I am assuming this is EB2 for which such denials are common place these days. Pls update your profile.
Long story short, it is on the education evaluation mapping to the requirements of the PERM position. Bachelors Degree in computer science means a 4 Year under graduate degree in US in the field of computer sciences or its foreign equivalent. USCIS does not equate 3+2 > 4. It may work for H1 petition but definitely not filing a 140 in a EB2 category
That you dont specify what kind of 3 year degree you got is another matter.
You need to consult a good attorney for options assuming that it is your attorney who got you into the trouble in first place by not making sure what is advertised for is what you got.
