I will also post a textual link on my online party invitation website where several indians visit and send their party invitations.
Currently there are 2 indian families celebrating housewarming party using my website with close to 75 guests and i have several email id's who in the past have used my website.
I hope i atleast get the attention of few indians to this website and our cause.

But for Cars I heard below.
One of my known Uncle who is having GC went to buy Lexus car in NJ and they hesitated to approve him loan and by this my Uncle got upset and he downpaid whole money. Ofcourse he is Wealthy.
One of my collegue who is in US from past 3.5 years went to Honda showroom and they didn't approve him Loan as he doens't have valid Visa & I-797 is valid for couple of months only.
Forget about Banks, even Credit Unions are doing the same.

how can i find out which USCIS office my prev (first) EAD application was sent to? I'm a July filer, when i applied for 485 and EAD i lived in NJ and my employer was in NJ as well. The receipt notice of EAD application came from California Service Center. and there is nothing on the EAD card about which office it was approved by. The 485/EAD/AP all was filed by my employer's attorney, they will not respond to my questions anymore. i don't think i have copy of the EAD application send last year july. Anybody got older version of I-765, older than "7/30/07" edition?
What to write? folks, please respond ASAP, i plan to file on Monday(6/30) morning.

Not a problem. the start date on your new i 797 is always the date it was processed and approved and not the date it was applied.
If this application was processed well before your earlier h1b end date they would have given it from the next day, but as it was processed later, they gave the date it was processed.
As long as it was filed well within the timeframe and you got the reciept notice, absolutely no problem.

From my Education evaluation:
12 (High Secondary) +3 (Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Communication) = Associate Degree in USA.
12+3+6yrs of Work experience = BS in USA.
RFE Details:
The analysis of credential, from the educational evaluation submitted by you, clearly states that�s 3 years document is equivalent to an associate degree in electronics &/or communication engineering from an accredited college in united states.
Submit evidence that the alien obtained the required bachelors of computer science before September 14 2005. Evidence of education must be in the form of an official record showing the dates of attendance, area of concentration of study, and the date of degree award, if any.
If another advisory evaluation of the alien�s credentials is also submitted, please ensure it is an acceptable evaluation.COLOR]
[COLOR="Black"]MY QUESTIONS ARE:
- Per my LCA; combination of education and experience is not acceptable. Does that mean my evaluation is of no use? And is this LCA good for me?

Hello Freinds.
After a long wait of 8 years today i got an RFE i don't know what the RFE is all about and will be waiting to get the letter in the mail, do you know how much time does it takes for the paper RFE to come to your lawyer.
RFE was issued today but unlike the email which i got says the status on hold, thats strange
Current Status: REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE SENT, CASE PLACED ON HOLD
is this normal or is this is an indication of something wrong and bad.

I am trying to fill the canadian visa application and would like to know what should I check on Question #8
a) citizen( obviously not)
b) Permanent residet
c) Temporary resident
d)Worker
e) Student(obviously not)

One other suggestion! YOu may want to build a "bird mask" using the select color tool. and then apply that above the NI'd image.
This will some of the noise in the bird but will add detail in the bird. The select color range tool will give a semi transparent selection so it will kind of give you the best of both worlds than a straight select tool.
Also you could use Q and do a qick mask then use a semi transparent brush to select the bird to do the same things as color range select.

I worked for company A till Jun 2003 on h1 for 3 years. Then i went back to India and switched to company B. Now I'm in US on L1 thru company B. I'm thinking of switching back to company A in US. But my H1 got expired on June 2004. My question: Is it possible to renew the original H1 processed by company A now and start working for it? Please help.

Last November I quit my job in the US and left the country as well. Two days ago, I received an email saying my 485 is approved, and card production was ordered. The card will go to an address in the US where someone can forward me the mail.
What should I do? Try to enter the U.S. with the card? What to say to POE officials? WIll I be questioned?
