Send RFE reply with USCIS approved doctor's letter to explain the details. Only medical expert can comment about the vaccine. No one can impose vaccine if it is not appropriate with the age.
I am posting this on behalf of a friend. They (husband/wife) got their green card approval last week, however they got 2 RFEs for their 2 kids. The RFE mentions the requirement for this vaccine but the doctor deemed it as NOT-AGE-APPROPRIATE in their filed medical forms.
Our guess is that when they actually administered the vaccine about a year or so ago, it was deemed "Not age appropriate" but now upon approval, the USCIS deems it necessary. I'd appreciate it if anybody with similar experience can post as to how they handled the situation or any insights into who to talk to is also much appreciated. The family is currently not in the country and therefore their options are limited in terms of talking to or meeting someone face to face. Also they need to respond to the RFE by June 24.

Hi everybody
My lawyer had filed my 485 eb2 on july 2 (under july bulletin).
Now that the bulletin has been re-instated, i am getting nervous thinking if my lawyer filed the application complete or in a hurry she missed something. Obviously, i do not think it'll be right to ask her if she filed it properly.
Under what circumstances can the application be rejected right away even before they have issued the WAC#??
and my 140 is pending....what happens if my lawyer forgot to attach the 140 reciept? Can they still send it back??

I have a question regarding Multiple I-140s.
I applied for I-140 (PD: 2006) and it got approved in 11/2006;
I applied for LC-sub (PD:2004) and it is pending with USCIS
I applied for 485 in July 2007, My question is which PD will USCIS consider? Does it take the one with approve I140 or the pending one ? form 485 does not show the PD anywhere.

I thought I did have a good lawyer! We have been with our current lawyer for the past 7 years. Currently, as I am out of the country, and not able to get back, due to the approval, I am at my wits end as to what to do.

hello, I am in a F1 status for about 3 years, I have been working and filing taxes. I am going to get married to a USC and apply for a green card through it. I want to know if I can have any problem in the aplication since I've been working without authorization.
Once you entered legally you should be able to get permanent residence even if you worked without authorization. I have recently applied for Canadian visa , using my AP at LA , using all original documents in person. You can add all your family members in the same application. I used two different applications , but, they asked me to add all the family members in the same application. They will issue visa till your AP validity. Good Luck.

I think it can be. When starting the employment based GC process, one of the question asked was ... has any family member ever applied for your immigration petition in the past. Just an educated guess... check with an attorney
This is not the purpose of this question you mentioned. This can't be done as is specifically not allowed in INA to transfer priority date from FB to EB. This is written into the INA 203(b)(1)(2)and (3). One can only transfer priority dates FB to FB and EB to EB but not otherwise.

Guys,
This is question to july 485 files, has anyone from Austin, tx received FP appointment.
I filed on jul 25 ( NSC) got transferred to TSC and got receipts on 9/27
and EAD on 10/2, but no FP as yet.
Just wondering if FP did get lost...or am i in line..

My spouse's driver's license expires this month end. I have applied for h1-b/h4 renewal, yet to receive the application receipt.But wanted to know if anyone here in Charlotte,NC got a extension/grace (30days or 90days) on the basis of the receipt.
